  It's not hard, it's simply friendly and nice, but neither of you did this in ample time. You didn't have to stop your most important conversation about 'why the animal doesn't sit on her lap'.

  Enjoy the welcoming feeling of having all your eye contact avoided while they refuse to simply say "hello" or greet you. So awkward in a small room.

  My Kelpie x Jet had been to three different vets and hated them all equally. Then we found Dr John, and ever since, going to the vets is a fun experience. Jet and Baxter both can't wait to get out of the car to go and see Dr John-my kids love going and seeing Pebbles the lizard too.

  My dog Bella loves coming in to see Dr John and the nurses. At previous vets she wouldn't even walk through the door, but she loves it here. Highly recommended.
